above-referenced, approved site plan, please be informed that the proposed changes are "minor", as
defined within the Land Development Regulations, Chapter 4. Site Plan Review.
This project may continue to be processed by the Building Division as a permit application.

ARC project at Golf Road and Congress Ave., Boynton Beach
Omitting East handicap accessible path of the West driveway
Dear Mr. Hall: "KLl (Y\f~ .
The following is our reason for the request of the minor plan modification:
1) There are two Handicap Ramps at the West entrance.
2) The existing FIREHYDRANT (FH) had been relocated to avoid the
proposed sidewalk on Golf Road.
3) The new location of the FH will be interfering with East Handicap Ramp.
4) There is a short distance between the existing sewer main and the FH,
therefore it is difficult to relocate the FH further to the South to construct
this Ramp.
5) EXIDBIT "A" summarize the site condition.
Weare requesting that your office to allow the elimination of the
construction of the expressed Handicap accessible path since, one will be
constructed on the North side of the West driveway.
Your cooperation in this matter shall be greatly appreciated.
