4. FOR EACH PROJECT GC SHALL SUBMIT TO STARBUCKS CMA COMPLETE
"CONTRACT PACKAGE" AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT
AGREEMENT AND EXECUTE STARBUCKS CONTRACT COVER SHEET FOR THE
PROJECT PRIOR TO STARTING CONSTRUCTION ON THE PROJECT
5. GC SHALL COORDINATE, ACCEPT, AND MANAGE ALL PORTIONS OF THE WORK AS '
DESCRIBED IN THE CONTRACT DOCUMENTS, WHICH INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED
TO, CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT, CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS,
ARCHITECTURAL DRAWING AND MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL DRAWINGS.
6. ALL WORK SHALL BE pERFORMED IN STRICT COMPLIANCE WITH .LOCAL, COUNTY,
STATE AIND FEDERAL CODES AND ORDINANCES.
7. OC SHALL.' VERIFY THE LOCATION OF ALL, UTILITIES.
8; GC TO MERIFY ALL DIMENSIONS, INCLUDING CLEARANCES REQUIRED BY OTHER
TRADES, AND NOTIFY STARBUCKS CM OF ANY DISCREPANCIES PRIOR TO
PROCEEDING WITH .THE WORK. ALL DIMENSIONS ARE TO THE FACE OF THE FINISHED
SURFACE UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. ALL DIMENSIONS. TO BE TAKEN FROM
DESIGNATED DATUM POINT. DO NOT SCALE DRAWINGS.
g. GC SHALL PATCH AND REPAIR ALL ExiSTING WALLS, FLOORS, CEILINGS OR OTHER
SURFACES IDENTIFIED TO REMAIN THAT MAY BECOME DAMAGED DURING THE
COURSE OF THE WORK.

THE OC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR OBTAINING PERMITS FOR FIRE. PROTECTION,
PLUMBING, MECHANICAL AND ELECTRICAL SYSTEMS PRIOR TO INSTALLATION. OF
SUCH SYSTEMS.
111 GO SHALL RETAIN ONE SET' OF THE' PLANS TO NOTE AND DOCUMENT ALL
CHANGES DURING CONSTRUCTION. THIS SET SHALL BE A PART OF THE GC'S
"STORE CLOSE-OUT PACKAGE" AS DESCRIBED IN THE CONSTRUCTION
MANAGEMENT AGREEMENT.
12. GC IS RESPONSIBLE FOR COORDINATING DELIVERY OF MATERIALS FROM
STARBUCKS CONTRACTED THIRD PARTY LOGISTICS (3PL) DISTRIBUTION SERVICES'
AND VENIDOR DIRECT VD)

"CC" MEANS THE ITEM IS TO BE SUPPLIED BY THE CC. "3PL" MEANS AN ITEM IS
SUPPLIED BY STARBUCKS VIA STARBUCKS CONTRACTED DISTRIBUTION SERVICE AND
"VD" MEANS SUPPLIED 'BY STARBUCKS AND SHIPPED DIRECTLY TO THE SITE FROM
