Certain design criteria and amendities, including the requirement of floor to ceiling heights of ten (10) to fourteen (14) feet, are not only preferred, but are dictated by the market. AS we discussed during our recent meeting, we have surveyed numerous munici- palities in Palm Beach and Broward Counties and found, with little or no exception, that the maximum building heights allow- ~ble under their codes for single family structures is signifi- cantly higher then that of Boynton Beach. For exarrple the City pf Delray, which borders the subject propery to the South imposes a thirty five (35) foot height limitation for single family struc- tures.
