Good Evening:
My name is Richard Nichols. I live at 3822 South Lake Drive which is lot
#15, immediately north of and adjacent to the Patrick's lot. For those of you
who have never driven down that section of South Lake drive which fits
between Lake Ida and Lake Eden I have provided a set of very recent
photographs, showing that all of the 15 existing houses fronting Lake Drive
are large single story structures. All of these 15 property owners purchased
their homes with the expectation that any future construction would be in
conformance with the existing Boynton Beach code. My wife and I are
pleased that the Patricks will be building an upscale home next door,
however we feel they should do it within the current Boynton Beach code.
I request that these photographs and my comments be entered into the
official record of this meeting.
