Plorida Power and Light's records indicate there are distribution facilities in the area on
the north side of your home at 721 West Ocean Drive. Plorida Power and Light Company
has no objection to the abandonment you propose, with the following provision. A ten-
foot utility easement that centers on the existing distribution facilities must be provided to
Florida Power and Light Company, The easement shall be provided at no expense to
Florida Power and Light Company, The easement must be recorded prior to the alley
abandonment.
