Dear Mr. Newman:
Our initial search with regards to your question as to the easement or right-of-ways that
appear on the southwest corner of the property reveals on Easement Deed dated October 7, 1988 by
and between Woolbright Professional Center and Lake Worth Drainage District. This easement purports
to convey a perpetual easement for the purpose of providing an unencumbered rlght-of.way for use
of access, ingress and egress for the maIntenance of the Lake Worth Drainage District Canal E-4 over
and across 'that portion of Tract D shown on the plat. In addition, we found a Grant of Easement
recorded November 21, 1988 by and between Woolbright Professional Center end the City of Bovnton
Beach whiCh conveys a perpetual non.excluslve easement to be used for the installation, operation,
repair, replacement and maintellance of an underground waterline and appurtenant aboveground
equipment over and across the southwest corner of Tract D together with a perpetual non-exclusive
easement to be used for installation. operation, repair. replacement, and maintenance of the
underground sanitary sewer main and appurtenant aboveground equipment. I have enclosed copies
of both agreements for your review.
