This easement purports to convey a perpetual easement for the purpose of providing an unencumbered rlght-of.way for use of access, ingress and egress for the maIntenance of the Lake Worth Drainage District Canal E-4 over and across 'that portion of Tract D shown on the plat. In addition, we found a Grant of Easement recorded November 21, 1988 by and between Woolbright Professional Center end the City of Bovnton Beach whiCh conveys a perpetual non.excluslve easement to be used for the installation, operation, repair, replacement and maintellance of an underground waterline and appurtenant aboveground equipment over and across the southwest corner of Tract D together with a perpetual non-exclusive easement to be used for installation. operation, repair. replacement, and maintenance of the underground sanitary sewer main and appurtenant aboveground equipment.
