Re: HOME DEPOT AT 1-95 AND WOOLBRIGHT ROAD
L.N. & A. Project No. 93-158
Dear Mr. Deacon:
This letter is to request on behalf of Home Depot USA, Inc. that a waiver of platting be
issued for the above described project. The site lies within the Shoppes of Woolbright
P.C.D., Tracts "D", "E" and "F".
An additional tract is proposed 47.67 feet north of the internal tract line between Tracts
liE" and lip to accommodate the Garden Center expansion. We feel that this modification
falls within Article VI, Section 1.A.3 City of Boynton Beach Code.
liThe improvements and dedications existing on the land are substantially
in accordance with the requirements of this ordinance and if the waiving of
the requirements for platting, as determined by the planning and zoning
board and the city engineer, would not conflict with the purpose and intent
of this ordinance."
The attached survey shows the proposed tract lines and the improvements within the
area.
If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact this office.
Sincerely,
0c~k

RE: Shoppes of Woolbright P.C.D.
Our Project No's: 421.1 / 945.6
Dear Mr. Cutro,
Please accept this letter and the attached plans as an
application for a Minor Master Plan Modification to the
Shoppes of Woolbright P.C.D..
This request is to expand the existing Garden Center at the
Home Depot Store from the 19,375 S. F. indicated on the
approved Master Plan to 28,120 S.F. This request also
includes an adjustment to the property line for the Home
Depot, as well as a minor adjustment to the configuration of
the 14,095 S.F. commercial building directly north of the Home
Depot Garden Center.
As you know, pursuant to the stipulation and settlement
agreement related to this P.C.D., the garden center square
footage is not included as part of the retail gross leasable
area. Consequently, there is no increase in impacts and no
additional parking required.
Enclosed are 17 copies of the proposed master plan for your
review and approval. Please feel free to contact me with any
questions or comments.
Sincerely,
~~------
