TRAFFIC PERFORMANCE STANDARDS REVIEW
Mr. Rumpf:
The Palm Beach County Traffic Division has reviewed the traffic impacts for the project
entitled Freeland Child Care Center pursuant to the Traffic Performance Standards in
Article 15 of the Palm Beach County Land Development Code. The project is
summarized as follows:

Approval of this project has been delayed pending approval of a "di minimus" impact

provision was adopted on March 21,2000.
Based on our review the Traffic Division has determined that the project meets the Traffic
Performance Standards of Palm Beach County. Please contact me if you have any

The following is our response to your comments regarding Landscape
Documents dated January 24, 2000:
1. Note indicating type of irrigation was added to the Landscape
Documents.
2. Type of sod and mulch was indicated in the Landscape Documents.
3. The site triangles were indicated in the Landscape Documents.
4. A hedge has been indicated on e outside of the east wall and mulch
between the north wall and exist. fence.

ENGINEERING REPORT
To whom it may concern,
The Freeman Child Care Center property, also known as
a portion of Lots 7, 8 and 9, Block 6, Woodcrest Manor, less that portion of
said Lots used in the widening of Woolbright Avenue, a subdivision as recorded
in Plat Book 26, Page 88, of the public records of Palm Beach County, Florida,
lying east of SW 3rd Street and north of Woolbright Avenue, is proposed as a
one story! structure with attached walk ways and required parking. This property
lies on the Boynton ridge, which is the highest area in Boynton Beach and consist
of coarse to fine sand, which provides excellent storm drainage and serves as a
good building material foundation if properly compacted. The required utilities.
including sanitary sewer, potable water supply, electric service, telephone
service and cable are currently available near the property boundary. The
required road access is currently existing to provide access to the subject
property.
