This letter will seNe to advise you that on or about March 18, 1998, I forwarded an original Easement and Unity of Title to the Palm Beach Clerk's Office Recording Department for recording and to obtain a certified copy of each. It was requested that once that was done, those documents are to be returned to Robert Hall. Since the recorded documents have not yet been received back, we checked with the Clerk's Office and were told that they are two weeks behind and that the documents are probably still "in the box".
