Dear Ms. Hayden:
My name is Mary B. Hall. I am a member of the First United Methodist Church and the
daughter-in-law of Robert Hall, who you have been dealing with regarding the construction
at the First United Methodist Church. This letter will seNe to advise you that on or about
March 18, 1998, I forwarded an original Easement and Unity of Title to the Palm Beach
Clerk's Office Recording Department for recording and to obtain a certified copy of each.
It was requested that once that was done, those documents are to be returned to Robert
Hall.
Since the recorded documents have not yet been received back, we checked with the
Clerk's Office and were told that they are two weeks behind and that the documents are
probably still "in the box". As soon as these documents are recorded and returned to
Robert Hall, they will be forwarded to you.

In consideration of the issuance ofa permit to First United Methodist Church

in the City of Boynton Beach. Florida, the Uadersiped hereby agrees to restrict the use of
Lot(s) 1-21 & 38-41 ,Block(s) 8 .Subdivision Boynton Heights
or property being otherwise described by metes and bounds, addressed as follows:
101 N. Seacrest Blvd. . in the following manner:
1. Said property shall be considered as one plot and parcel of land, and that no portion of said plot
and parcel of land shall be sold, transferred, devised or assigned separately, except in its entirety
as one plot or parcel of land.
2. The Uadeniped further agrees that this condition, restriction and limitation shall be deemed a
covenant running with the land, and shall remain in full force and effect, and be binding upon the
undersigned, their heirs and assigns. Release of this Unity of Title must be approved by the
administrative head of the Boynton Beach Department of Development and ratified by the City
Commission.
3. The U adeniped further agrees to record this instrument in the Public Records of Palm Beach
County at his (her) expense.
