A Church parsonage is on the south side of the alley and the north side of the alley is occupied by an educational building also owned by the church. The part of the alley between the church's sanctuary and their parking lot on the comer ofW. Ocean Ave and N. Seacrest Blvd. was abandoned in 1964 and the church would like to 1I)clude that area behind the parsonage, Utilities in alley consist of overhead power lines, ~...... lines, ~able TV and a water main.
