Mr. Don Jaeger
Building Official
City of Boynton Beach
Florida
Dear Don,
With reference to the proposed apartment project for my client, Don Fisher,
the site consists of six (6) lots, with the subject of this letter - lot 13 - being
at the northeast corner of S.E. 21st Avenue and S.E. 3rd Street.
Lot 13 has a 119.4' east-west dimension. S.E. 21st Avenue dead-ends at the
railroad R.O.W., at the west side of lot 13.
S. E. 21st Avenue is only partially paved, and is used by one hane, that one on
the south side of the street, opposite lot 13. There are no sidewalks in the
vicinity.
If a sidewalk is required on the north side of S.E. 21st Avenue, since it
'WOuld lead to the railroad, it could encourage jay-walking at the tracks.
On behalf of Mr. Fisher, I ask the TRB to consider this request for relief
fran this requirement.
Of course, sidewalks will be installed on the west side of S.E. 3rd Street,
and the north side of S.E. 20th Court. The site plan shows this 'WOrk.
A cbeck for $100 is attached.
