In considering this request we would ask that the Board limit itself to discussing whether or not to rehear the request. Discussion of the request and whether a member is for or against the request should not play into a determination on whether or not proper procedure was followed. If the Board decides to rehear the request, staff will readvertise, renotify, and reschedule this request for a Board meeting at a later date.
