RE:
Case 169 - McDonald's Request for Rehearing
The owner of McDonald's restaurant is requesting a rehearing of
their request for additional signage for the business located in
the Catalina Centre.
In considering this request we would ask that the Board limit
itself to discussing whether or not to rehear the request.
Discussion of the request and whether a member is for or against
the request should not play into a determination on whether or not
proper procedure was followed.
If the Board decides to rehear the request, staff will readvertise,
renotify, and reschedule this request for a Board meeting at a
later date.
If you should have any questions regarding this item, please feel
free to call us.
