specifies the minimum side and rear yard setbacks for
the subject property are as follows: 7.5 feet side
setback; 25 feet rear setback - The applicant wishes
to construct a one-story room addition 6.5 feet from
the side property line and 18.7 feet from the rear
property line. Therefore, the applicant requests
approval of a variance to reduce the side yard setback
one (1) foot and the rear yard setback six point three
( 6.3) feet.
