Case #169 - McDonald's Restaurant with two new signs Property Owner: Request: Catalina Centre Development Corporation Increase the maximum number of free standing signs allowed along Congress Avenue from one (1) to three (3), increase the maximum allowed sign area of one hundred sixty (160) square feet to one hundred sixty-eight (168) square feet and reduce the minimum setback of ten (10) feet to twelve (12) inches for the two new signs.
