A. Our property border includes the begginning arc of a cul de sac,
therefore this property has its own special condition. This condition
createds a hardship unique to this lot.
B. No, the special conditions and circumstances do not result from
the applicants actions.
C. No, granting of this variance will not confer any special privelege
that is not granted to my neighbors in the same zoning district.
D.Yes, the Ordinance would work unnecessary and undue hardship because
of the configuration of the land. We plan to be married in November
and hope to raise a family in the home we build on the property.
E.Yes, the variance granted is the minimum and the home will meet all
other code requirements.
F. The granting of the variance will help us build a home that will
enhance the neighborhood and will be harmonious with the neighborhood.
