We are aware that TGI Friday's is contemplating the expansion of their facility, including
the patio area, in the above referenced property. In order to proceed with the proposed
expansion, they are applying for a variance from the City of Boynton Beach and are
being represented by Mr. T.H. Digiorgio, Jr. of dk Architects/Planners Inc. We are
encouraged by the fact that Friday's wishes to expand and feel this expansion will prove
