Ms. Victoria Edlefsen, 35 Colonial Club Drive, Boynton Beach, phoned our
office today to state she had no problem with the granting of this variance.
She was very pleased that nearby property owners were notified of appli-
cations such as this. She stated when she worked for a Building Dept.
in New York they didn't notify property owners within a nearby radius.
