TY. AND IN CONSIDERATION OF SAID CITY GRANTING
A VARIANCE RELATIVE THE CONTINUED EXISTENCE OF
SAID ENCROACHMENTS. THAT NO PORTION OF SAID OVER-
HANGS OR ENCROACHMENTS SHALL EVER BE ENCLOSED.
FURTHER. THAT IF THE TENANT PRESENTLY OCCUPYING
THE BUILDINGS LOCATED ON SAID PREMISES EVER VA-
CATES SAME. OR IF THE UNDERSIGNED OWNER CONVEYS
OWNERSHIP OF SAID PROPERTY. THAT IN EITHER OF
