Boynton Beach, Florida. It is not feasable to build a structure of that height anywhere else on my property, in accordance with the zoning rules, unless the building was built in the center of the backyard. In doing that it would inter- fere with any further development of the property in the future. The building height is such as to accomodate my personal height of 61311. A building of a lesser height would re- quire a doorway which I could not access without possible personal injury. The building does not appear to be any taller than other structures (storage sheds) in the area. It is soundly constructed and will be in accordance with the Building and Zoning codes of the city of Boynton Beach. I believe the building enhances the overall appearance of the neighborhood and since it is constructed on my property and surrounded by a 61 fence it does not interfere with the adjacent property. In addition, the corrugated plastic roof of the boat cover has been removed and I am ascertaining a canvas cover in order to comply with Hurricane Hazard Ordinance.
