The issuance of permit #94-2208 for the construction of an accessory building brought the code enforcement case #94-1513, into compliance with the code regarding construction without a permit. On January 18, 1995 the Code Enforcement Board will resolve the fine that accrued prior to the issuance of the bUilding permit. 5. Accessory buildings that have an overall height above seven (7) feet and/or floor area that exceeds 100 square feet shall comply with the R-1-A zoning district setbacks. The rear setback for R-1-A is 25 feet and the side setback is 7.5 feet. 6. Accessory buildings that have a total floor area not exceeding 100 square feet and an overall height not exceeding seven (7) feet may be constructed with at least a three (3) foot side setback and/or a three (3) foot rear setback providing no easement rights are abridged. 7. The request is to allow the overall height of the storage shed to increase one (1) foot from the code required seven (7) feet to eight (8) feet while maintaining at least a five (5) foot rear setback and a 3.2 foot side setback.
