Re: CITRUS GLEN P.U.D.
Dear Mr. Annunziato:
In behalf of the Owners of Citrus Glen P.U.D., we are submitting
to the consideration of the City of Boynton Beach a clarification
to the recently approved revised Master Development Plan for Citrus
Glen P.U.D..
On the approved revised Master Development Plan the local access roads
easements were increased from 24 feet to 34 feet to create a parkway of
6 feet and a sidewalk of 4 feet in one side of the road. As an integral
part of that revision to give a more open feeling to the roadways, the
depth of the lots abutting the side of the road without the sidewalks
were increased with the purpose to have a larger front yard.
In order to avoid confusions at the time of applications for Building
Permit and maintain a degree of flexibility with the location of the
unit the minimum front setback was established and maintained at 20 feet
and is noted as such in the latest approved Master Development Plan,
except in Sheet 3 of 4 of the approved plans at the typical lot plan
for those abutting Lawrence or Miner Road, where it was indicated 25 feet
of front setback, without indicating the 20 feet minimum indicated in other
areas of the plans.
If you have any questions or need further clarification about this Resubmission,
please contact us and we will respond immediately. As an additional matter of
clarification, the unit floor plan that appears in the typical lots is for
illustration purpose and subject to revisions and variations in different models.
Sincerely,
