RE: Mr. Du Vall has visited subject development and his comments on the 16 Engineering Department items appearing in memorandum 94-154' are attached. From his notes, it is clear that items 8 through 16 are still outstanding. Items 1, 3, 4, 6 and 7 have been resolved. Item 2, scarified roadway surfaces, is partially complete. The remaining item, number 5, should be verified by Mr. Hallahan as it deals with landscaping and irrigation of a median connecting to future Miner Road. It appears from this summary that remaining items are sign-offs from a variety of places, except for 14 and 15 which deal with reflectors at dead-end streets, and number 16 dealing with street lighting.
