A review of our files indicates that your lot and two others in Citrus Glen have rear lot lines that are adjacent to both a lake and another buildable lot. The setback on the lake is 3 feet while it is 8 feet from another buildable lot. After reviewing all three lots, it was decided to allow 3 feet setbacks for screen enclosures (without a solid roof) for all the properties.
