Dear Mrs. Chiaravallo,
This letter is to confirm that the City of Boynton Beach will
allow you to build a screen enclosure (without a solid roof) to
within 3 feet of your rear property line.
A review of our files indicates that your lot and two others in
Citrus Glen have rear lot lines that are adjacent to both a lake
and another buildable lot. The setback on the lake is 3 feet
while it is 8 feet from another buildable lot. After reviewing
all three lots, it was decided to allow 3 feet setbacks for
screen enclosures (without a solid roof) for all the properties.
I have attached a copy of our interoffice memo on this item for
your records. If you should have any question regarding this
