The cabana must be accessible to the handicapped. 2. The recreation center sign must be designed to withstand a 50 pound per square foot windload. 3. Health Department approval is required for the pool and cabana area. 4. The pool must be designed by an engineer registered in the State of Florida. The hedge material along the parking lot and road R.O.W. must be 36" in height at time of planting. 2. The Pitch Apple tree species must be 8' in height by definition. 3. I would recommend that the Black Olive species be replaced with Live Oak or Mahogany. The species is more desirable for use as an overall selection of tree. 4. The Littoral zone plantings should show : a. species, quantities, height and spacing (densities) of plantings. b. the location of these plantings should be shown to provide 50% coverage (20'wide) of the lake shore. 5. The Upward Hardwood plantings should show: a. species, quantities, height and spacing (densities) of plantings. b. the location of these plantings should be shown to provide 50% coverage (20'wide) of the lake shore. 6. The applicant should include a statement on the plat document to provide the Management Plan for: 1. the Littoral and Upward Hardwood areas and, 2. the preserved Citrus trees on the site. 7. The applicant should coordinate with the City, placement of underground sleeves for irrigation to any possible medians for construction of Miner Road. 8. Areas shown on the Miner Road construction drawings as "seed and mulch" should receive irrigation from the adjacent sprinkler system (pg. 3 of 15). 9. Areas shown as solid sod (median) should be provided with a sprinkler system (pg. 7 of 10). 10. Any landscaping for collector roads on the site should be shown.
