OFFICE OF THE PLANNING DIRECTOR
30 June 1988
Mr. Charles Walker, Director
Traffic Division
P.B.C. Engineering Dept.
P. O. Box 2429
West Palm Beach, FL 33402
Dear Mr. Walker:
The City of Boynton Beach is in receipt of a letter addressed
to you from Ted Curbelo of the engineering firm of Rossi and Mala-
vasi concerning credits against road impact fees for the Citrus
Glen Planned Unlt Development.
Based upon the documentation submitted, it is apparent that
the improvements required of the Citrus Glen developers exceed th~
level of roadway construction anticipated at the time of rezoning
and that credit against road impact fees is warranted.
Thank you for an opportunity to comment on this matter.
Very truly yours,
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH

Re: CITRUS GLEN P. U . D.
SIGNS AND SCREENING WALLS AND FENCES
Dear Jim:
In behalf of the Owners of Citrus Glen P.U.D., we are submitting to
the consideration of the City of Boynton Beach~ the proposed system
of walls and'fences along Lawrence Road, Miner Road and Citrus Glen
Drive for the purpose of buffering and screening the housing units
abutting such roads. Included in this Submission are the identification
signs for the entire development and for each individual plat or section.
As you know we withdrew the screening and signage portion from the Landscape
Sub~ission last month~ because not enough information was supplied to easily
identify their location and due to some discrepancies with the Civil Engineering
drawings. The drawings submitted now supersede all other drawings and were
coordinated with Rossi and Malavasi, Engineers.
The sets submitted are omitting sheets L-4, L-9 and L-10 because no information
related to walls, fences or signs appear there.
If you have any questions or need further clarification about this submnssion,
please contact us and we will respond as soon as possihle.
Sincerely,
MSM ARCHITECTS AND PLANNERS, INC.
