After reviewing Sheet 117 of 24 of referenced project it is my opinion
the following cost breakdown is representative of the cost to remove and dispose
of the existing bridge, construct detour road and maintain traffic during
construction, maintain canal flow and construct 72" culvert and headwalls.
1. Remove and dispose of existing structure
2. 72" Reinforced Concrete Pipe (95 L.F. @ @ 200.00/L.F.)
3. Concrete Endwalls (2 EA. @ 10,000.00)
4. Maintenance of traffic, detour temporary culvert
5. Bypass pumping or ditch
6. Relocation of gas line

Dear Mr. Clark:
On Monday, April 25, 1988, we submitted to the City
Planning Department six (6) sets each of the following
on'the reference project.
thru the
documents
1. Site Development construction drawings for earthwork, paving
and drainage, water and sewer together with construction
drawings of Miner Road.
2. Plat of Executive Estates which includes 92 lots.
3. Plat of Citrus Trail which includes 104 lots.
4. One (1) copy of signed and sealed Cost Estimate for overall
project i.e. Plat of Citrus Trail together with plat of
Executive Estates.
5. One (1) copy of drainage calculations for the combined plats.

Dear Mr. Clark:
This letter is to follow up the submission for the approval of the
preliminary plat of the project of reference delivered to your office
late yesterday.
The previously approved Master Development Plan of Citrus Glen, P.U.D.
has been divided in two sections, north and south of the Collector
Road, to be platted separately. North of the Collector Road has been
named, Executive Estates, and south of it, Citrus Trail. For marketing
purposes the entire development will be called The Communities of Citrus
Glen.
In our Submission package we included:
a) A cost estimate for the entire development.
b) 6 sets for Miner Road construction drawings.

c) 6 sets ,of earthwork drawings.
d) 2 sets of paving, drainage, water and sewer
construction documents (6 additional sets were
submitted simultaneously to the Planning Department
with the Site Plan for the recreation area.
e) 6 sets of landscape drawings.
f) 6 sets of preliminary plat for Citrus Trail (South side). t.
g) 6 sets of preliminary plat for Executive Estates. (North Side). "

We are also enclosing an additional check for $ 300.00 as requested
in addition to the $ 496.00 submitted yesterday: $ 300.00 for each
pq~t plus $ 196.00 for the total number of units in both plats.
