COMtH SS I ON, LAST MARCH TO THE ENTI RE DEVELOpr1ENT AS A RESULT OF
AN EXPRESSED INTEREST SHOWN BY POTENTIAL AND ACTUAL BUYERS
AS IT WAS DISCUSSED AND AGREED DURING THE APPROVAL REFERRED ABOVE,
THE PROVISION OF SECURITY TO CITRUS TRAIL (SOUTH SIDE) IS NOT
EFFICIENTLY FEASIBLE DURING THE PRESENT PUBLIC RIGHT OF WAYS
CONDITIONS OF CITRUS GLEN DRIVE AND CITRUS AVENUE, SOUTH OF CITRUS
GLEN DRIVE THEREFO~E WE ARE REQUESTING THE ABANDONMENT OF BOTH

SELF OPENING BARRIERS AT THE MINER ROAD ENTRANCE OF THE SAME CITRUS

AND SITE PLAN APPROVAL REQUEST SHOWING THE PROPOSED CHANGES WILL
FOLLOW BY MAY 24~ 1989 OR EARLIER FOR JUNE HEARINGS, SIMULTANEOUSLY
WITH THE ABANDONMENT REQUEST.
THE DEVELOPERS CONSIDER THAT THE ABANDONMENT OF CITRUS GLEN DRIVE DOES
NOT AFFECT THE CITYIS ARTERIAL AND INTERCOMMUNITIES SERVICE AND CIRCULATION,
BECAUSE THE DIRECT ACCESS OF MINER ROAD TO LAWRENCE ROAD THE DIRECT
