RE: IMPACT FEE CREDIT FOR CONSTRUCTION OF ROADWAY IMPROVEMENTS
ON MINER ROAD AND LAWRENCE ROAD
Dear Mr. Rossi:
I have reviewed the documentation you have presented concerning the proposed
construction on Miner Road and Lawrence Road that is being accomplished in
conjunction with the development of the Citrus Glen Planned Unit
Development. I concur that the cost of construction on these roadways which
is above and beyond the site related improvements exceeds the impact fee for
this project.
By copy of th is 1 etter to Mr. Edgar Howell, the Boynton Beach Bu il ding
Official, I am waiving the collection of the traffic impact fee required
under Ordinance 85-10 since it is my determination that the credits portion
under Section 10 is satisfied. Building permits for this project may be
issued upon the posting of the necessary bonds guaranteeing the construction
of Miner Road and Lawrence Road as presented in the plans prepared by your
office.
For your information, please find attached a letter dated June 30, 1988,
from Mr. Carmen Annunziato, Planning Director of the City of Boynton Beach,
in which he concurs that credit against the road_impact fee is warranted.

Dear Mr. Walker:
The City of Boynton Beach is in receipt of a letter addressed
to you from Ted Curbelo of the engineering firm of Rossi and Ma1a-
vasi concerning credits against road impact fees for the Citrus
Glen Planned Un1t Development.
C'-::
Based upon the documentation submitted, it is apparent that
the improvements required of the Citrus Glen developers exceed th~
level of roadway construction anticipated at the time of rezoning
and that credit against road impact fees is warranted.
Thank you for an opportunity to comment on this'matter.
Very truly yours,
