Upon review of the above mentioned project, the
following comments must be addressed in order to
conform with Boynton Beach City Codes:
1. The island area in the bUilding front must be
curbed.
2. Show spot elevations on plan to prove conformity to
handicap laws for building access.

With respect to the above, please be advised of the following:
1. All parking lot improvements shown on the landscape plan
that are not proposed on the site plan should be removed
from the drawings prior to sign-off.
2. Reconstruct existing drop curb adjacent to north parking
lot to provide for a continuous sidewalk.
3. A signed and sealed survey dated within 6 months by a
Florida registered surveyor is required for site plan
approval.

Bernard's Restaurant
1. Provide a parking lot lighting plan that includes a pole imbedment
detail and Engineer's certification for 120 M.P.H. winds.
2. Revise parking lot "striping and space sizing detail" to conform with
Article X, Parking Lot Regulations.
3. Revise "Section Detail New Paving" to conform with Article X, Parking Lot
Regulations. Extruded curb is prohibited, 12" minimum compacted subgrade
to 98% maximum dry density, limerock compacted to 98% maximum dry density
and specify type of asphalt (minimum 1" Type II).
4. Provide paving plan which includes elevations of pavement, proposed swale
elevations and elevation of proposed runoff retention area.
5. Landscaped island at entrance to restaurant (north side) shall be pro-
tected by raised continuous concrete curbing. Revise plans to indicate
this and provide elevations and intended direction of drainage.
