IN LIEU OF A SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF
RONNARD, INC.
We, the undersigned, being all of the Directors of the
Corporation, hereby waive notice and holding of a special meeting
of the Directors, and consent to and ratify the following actions:
1. Agreed that Jean Philippe Gaudree, Director and
Treasurer of this Corporation, act on behalf of the
Applicant and as Agent of the Applicant in regards
to the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, Planning and
zoning Board - Application for Variances to Parking
Lot Regulations.
2. Agreed that Jean Philippe Gaudree in his capacity
as Agent, on behalf of the corporation and
Applicant is authorized to take any and all
necessary action in order to complete the filing of
the Application for Variances to Parking Lot
Regulations in the city of Boynton Beach, Florida.
3. There being no further business for discussion, it
