Consulting Engineers MEMORANDUM TO:BOYNTON BEACH DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENT RE:MSPM-97003 BENVENUTO'S RESTAURANT DATE: 2/9/98 RESPONSE TO COMMENTS #2 1.IT IS PHYSICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO GET A SIDEWALK IN ALONG LAKE STREET.THE EXISTING PAVEMENT IS ONLY 2 FEET TO 3 FEET OFF OF THE PROPERTY LINE. 2.THE WESTERLY NORTH-SOUTH EASEMENT IS APPARENTLY UNUSED AND NOT REQUIRED BY THE CITY OR OTHER UTILITIES FOR FUTURE DEVELOPMENT.THEREFORE WE ARE ASKING THE CITY TO ABANDON THE EASEMENT AND QUIT CLAIM IT TO BENVENUTO. ~ \ I \ Royal Palm Plaza. 315 S.E.
