Variance of 1.125 feet, to allow the construction of a
menu board at the subject McDonald's/Amoco facility, to
a height of 6.125 feet.)
Accompanying this memorandum you will find a copy of the
application and supporting documentation for the above-referenced
request for a variance to Chapter 21, Article 4, Section 20 of
the Sign Code. A check in the amount of $400.00 to cover the
review and processing of this application has been forwarded to
the Finance Department. The public hearing is scheduled for the
November 20, 1995 Board of Adjustment meeting.
The legal advertisement for this request will be forwarded to
your office after review by the City Attorney and City Manager.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Adjustment of the CITY OF
BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, shall meet at 7:00 P.M. on Monday, November
20, 1995 at City Hall Commission Chambers, 100 East Boynton Beach,
