Dear Ms. Parker:
Our office represents Briny Breezes, Inc. Our client's property
is located directly to the north of The St. Andrews Club.
This letter will serve as my client I s notice that it wishes to
appeal the May 20, 1996 decision of the Boynton Beach Board of
Zoning Appeals regarding the above-referenced matter. At that
meeting, the Board of Zoning Appeals granted the requested relief
from Section 4.J.2, Chapter 2 - Zoning, of Land Development
Regulations, to allow a ten foot high hedge for a length of
approximately 620 feet along the northem property line of the
St. Andrew I s Club, which is the south property line of my client.
We are having the tape of the May 20, 1996 meeting transcribed. I
request that this matter not be placed on the June 18, 1996, City
Commission agenda to allm., time for the transcription of the
tape.
