Variance: To allow an 8.66 foot high fence along Seacrest Boulevard from the
north property line to the south property line.

Your request for the variance regarding the above referenced case was approved by the
Board of Zoning Appeals at its October 21, 1996 meeting, with the following conditions:
. The height of the fence piers cannot exceed 7'4".
. The height of the fence pickets cannot exceed 6'4".
