Boynton Beach Blvd. Boynton Beach, FL 33435 Dear Ms. Heyden: Re: Tara Oaks Site Plan Extension On February 20, 1996, the City Council approved with conditions the Tara Oaks site plan. Since that time, several tasks needed to be accomplished before Pulte Home Corporation could proceed with its permitting and development of the project, including: 1. The road impact fee credit was negotiated with Palm Beach County and was approved by the Board of County Commissioners in November. Receiving this credit was critical to the feasibility of the project. 2. The site was redesigned to generate fill for another Boynton Beach project owned by the Seller. The redesign created a lake spanning the southern property, requiring the adjacent property owner's approval. We would like to appear before the City Council to request a twelve month extension to the site plan approval in order to complete the permitting and platting process.
