Dear Mr. Rossi:
Approval of the partial Knuth Road improvements, required by the
Tara Oaks P.U.D., was given by City Commission at their June 2, 1992
City Commission meeting. Prior to beginning work, a land development
permit must be issued by this department. To this effect, please
submit the following information.
1) Six sets of construction plans, rectified according to staff
comments and signed and sealed by the Engineer of Record.
2) All permits, including but not limited to: SFWMD, LWOD and
Palm Beach County Roadway.
3) Non-refundable administrative fee in the amount of $2,219.24
(.02 x $110,962).
4) Florida Power & Light cost estimate for the installation of
street lighting, along with a non-refundable street lighting
fee in the amount of 125% of the street lighting cost.
5) Performance Bond in the amount of $122,058.20 (1.1 x $110,962).
6) If the present applicant plans to sell the property or assign
the rights of this approval in any way, the City will need a
letter of assignment transferring all rights and accepting all
conditions of the original approval.
7) A statement from the owner agreeing to the dedication of the
right-of-way, including time and method of such dedication.
