Completion of the turn lane will be a condition of site plan approval
on the next phase of Tara Oaks, P.U.D. No Performance Bond will be
required at this time.

Dear Mr. Kazunas:
Palm Beach County has recently been approached with a request to permit the
connection of Knuth Road to Woolbright Road. Our review of the proposal revealed
the strong desirability for the construction of a right turn lane, east approach,
to serve this new street connection. The County proposed requiring this
construction as a condition of our permit for the street connection.
In subsequent discussions with the developer's engineer,. Enrico Rossi, it was
agreed that the County woul d not requi re the construction of the turn 1 ane
concurrently with the road connection (with the construction of the church).
Instead, it was agreed that the developer woul d construct the turn 1 ane
concurrently with the next project phase.
By not requiring this construction concurrently with the street connection, the
County is losing its ability to enforce this requirement. Given that this need
has been identified, and the developer has agreed to constructing the turn lane
at a later date, I am asking that the City assist with this matter by requiring
that this turn lane be built concurrently with the next project phase.
