Re: Cross Creek Centre
Dear Mr. Jager:
This letter shall serve to confirm our understanding that
Cross Creek Associates is aware of the serious concern of the
City of Boynton Beach regarding the appearance of the awnings
at Cross Creek Centre.
We intend to address this issue as soon as possible,
preferably at the November council meetings. This problem may
become very involved and expensive for us and the solution
must be considered carefully by ourselves, our architect, and
the City of Boynton Beach. Therefore, several weeks work on
this issue before submitting anything to Council would be time
well-spent.
In a gesture of good faith and acknowledgment of your
concerns, we shall post a cash bond of $30,000 to insure
available funds in the event that the solution becomes
expensive. It is unlikely that any solution will cost more
than this amount.
As I mentioned, Cross Creek Centre is substantially pre-
leased, and it is critical that we obtain a C.O. within the
next ten days to prepare for tenants who require occupancy
early in the season. A delay at this point could handicap
Cross Creek Centre and cause subsiantial vacancies due to

Re: Cross Creek Center Site Plan Modification Application
Dear Carmen:
I am submitting a minor site plan modification after discussions
with your staff. The only change whatsoever is an increase in
the height of the front parapet of 24". This shall not increase
the height of the structure, as the back parapet is still higher
than the front parapet. This modification is reflected on the
attached elevation sheet. There are no changes to the
landscaping, engineering, or site plan drawings. Furthermore,
there has been no changes in color so I am submitting the
elevation uncolored. The proposed revision is being made to
enhance the appearance of the project.
Please
contin
if you have any questions. Thank you for your
