A RESOLUTION OF THE PLANNING AND ZONING BO~G
AS THE SPECIAL VARIANCE BOARD, RECOMMENDIN ENIAL '
OF THE REQUEST FOR A VARIANCE TO CONSTRUCT G
AND PARKING LOT RENOVATIONS AT 202 EAST BOYNTON BEACH
BOULEVARD, BOYNTON BEACH
WHEREAS, an application from Luther Eubanks, acting as agent
for Dr, Douglas Love, was received by the Planning Director re-
questing a variance to Ordinance No, 87-10 as amended, which es-
tablishes a moratorium on new construction and building renovation
along Boynton Beach Boulevard; and,
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board, acting as a Special
Variance Board is authorized in Ordinance No, 87-10 as amended, to
make recommendations to the City Commission on requests for varian-
ces; and,
WHEREAS, the Special Variance Board has received a report and
recommendations from the City Manager as authorized in Section 6,
i!Paragraph 3 of Ordinance No, 87-10 as amended;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE PLANNING
AND ZONING BOARD ACTING AS THE SPECIAL VARIANCE BOARD OF THE CITY
OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
Section 1, That the application and plans are found to be
inconsistent with the emerging Boynton Beach Boulevard Redevelop-
ment Plan,
Section 2. That the Planning and Zoning Board, acting as the
Special Variance Board recommends to the City Commission the denial
of the applications and plans submitted by Luther Eubanks for
Dr. Douglas Love to construct building and parking lot improvements
at 202 East Boynton Beach Boulevard,
