Two handicapped parking stalls must be provided. 2. The striping for handicapped parking stalls must be four (4) feet in width and painted blue. 3~ Handicap parking signs, in conformance with State Department of Transportation standards, must be provided at each handi- cap parking stall. 4. Dumpster enclosure details must be provided. A six (6) foot high stuccoed concrete block wall is required on three (3) sides of the dumpster. 5. Curbing must be provided around all landscaped areas adjacent to parking stalls. 6. Provide dimensions for the parking area at the front of the building. 7. A legend must be provided on the landscape plan indicating height, spread and numbers for all proposed landscape materials. 8. All plans submitted for public record by a design professional, registered in the State of Florida, must be signed and sealed. 9. A recent survey of the site is required. 10. All buildings must be accessible to the handicapped. Provide spot elevations on the site plan indicating accessibility. 11. Buildings must comply with Table 400 of the Standard Build- ing Code, 1985 edition, for allowable building areas. 12. Light poles must be designed, in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Standard Building Code, to withstand 120 miles per hour windloads. 13. Chemical discharge into the sewage system must comply with the limits expressed in the City codes.
