Two handicapped parking stalls must be provided. 2. The striping for handicapped parking stalls must be four (4) feet in width and painted blue. 3, Handicap parking signs, in conformance with State Department of Transportation standards, must be provided at each handi- cap parking stall. Buildings must comply with Table 400 of the Standard Build- ing Code, 1985 edition, for allowable building areas. 12. Light poles must be designed, in accordance with Chapter 12 of the Standard Building Code, to withstand 120 miles per hour windloads. 13. Chemical discharge into the sewage system must comply with the limits expressed in the City codes. A signed and sealed survey dated within six (6) months is required. 2. Removal of the proposed mechanical room from the site plan drawings should be reflected on the colored elevations. 3. An Environmental Review permit is required for this use prior to the issuance of an Occupational License. , 4. A site lighting plan is required. The plan should show the location of fixtures, typical pole detail, fixture detail, and type of energy efficient lighting. photocell activation is required.
