A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH,
FLORIDA, APPROVING THE FINAL PLAT FOR CHALET
IV, PLAT NO.2, A PART OF THE MELEAR P,U,D.
IN SECTION 18, TOWNSHIP 45 SOUTH, RANGE 43 EAST
WHEREAS, all fees including the administration fee of
$541.24 for the public improvements have been received, and,
WHEREAS, a performance bond in the amount of $54,125.35
has been received to insure that improvements are installed,
completed and paid for;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE AND IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED BY THE
CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA:
That the plat is hereby resolved to have received
final plat approval by the City Council in the City of Boynton
Beach, Florida, with all conditions previously agreed upon and
subject subdivision is hereby affirmed and adopted.

A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
RESOLUTION NO, R94-87, EXPANDING THE SCOPE OF
SERVICES FOR ROSSI AND MALAVASI ENGINEERS FOR
ENGINEERING SERVICES FOR MINER ROAD; AND
PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
WHEREAS, on May 17, 1994, the City Commission approved the
execution of a Contract with Rossi and Ma1avasi, Engineers,
Inc" or engineering services for Miner Road; and
WHE~.S, it is in the best interests of the City to expand
the scope ;)[ services for that Contract; and
WHE~,.S, the expanded scope of services is attached hereto
s Exhibit A".
NOW, .'HEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF
THE CITY 0:' BOYNTON BEACH, FLORIDA, THAT:
I Section 1. The City Commission of the City of Boynton
Beach, F1c.rida does hereby amend Resolution No. R94-87, to
encompass the expanded scope of services, attached hereto as
Exhibit "A",

AND DIRECTING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO
ACCEPT AND EXECUTE A PROPOSAL FROM ROSSI
AND MALAVASI ENGINEERS, INC" FOR ENGINEERING
SERVICES FOR MINER ROAD; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE,
WHEREAS, the City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida deems
it to be in the best interests of the citizens and residents of the City to accept and
execute a proposal from Rossi and Malavasi Engineers, Inc" for engineering services
for Miner Road,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF BOYNTON BEACH. FLORIDA, THAT:
Section 1 The City Commission of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida hereby
authorizes and directs the Mayor and City Cieri< to accept and execute a Proposal from
Rossi and Malavasi Engineers, Inc" for engineering services for Miner Road, which
proposal is attached hereto as exhibit "A".
Section 2 This Resolution shall become effective immediately upon passage.
