I!v~fqy' r: f-,;}''r? {~"'pf I have assembled two items to describe what proces Whitfield Interiors Inc must follow to obtain the necessary approval for operation within Quantum Park, ,-r , 1f,7yYl . The excerpt from the zoning code, page 2-65, is where it is described that new uses for an established PID must be reviewed for approval onto the List of Approved Uses, As there are no similar businesses currently within the Park which are on the list, this business must be formally added to the list As PID's are typically large, and therefore develop incrementally over time, this use approval process, I assume, exists to review subsequent uses for conformity with the code, (If: llfwLOPMENT ill m~ow~ APR - 3 Qij @ PLANNING AND ZONING DEPT IfJJ( ~7 E.
