DESCRIPTION: Request submitted by A&A Fences for approval of an
amended site plan to permit the addition of a wodd fence at
Seaway Villas which is located on the east side of South Seacrest
Boulevard, north of S.E. 21st Avenue.

RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Board unanimously
recommended approval of this request as submitted.
EXPLANATION: The motion to recommend approval was made by Mrs.
Huckle and seconded by Mr. Jackier.

Please place the referenced item on the City Commission Agenda
for April 19, 1988 under Development Plans.
DESCRIPTION: Request submitted by Tele-Key, A & A Fences, for
approval of an amended site plan to permit the addition of a
security gate and fence located on the east side of South
Seacrest Boulevard, north of S.E. 21st Avenue.
RECOMMENDATION: The Planning and Zoning Board made a
recommendation of denial citing concerns raised by members of the
Technical Review Board.
EXPLANATION: The motion to recommend denial was made by Mr.
Wandelt and seconded by Mrs. Huckle with Messrs. Blanchette and
Walshak dissenting.
