1. Additional right of way for Boynton Beach Blvd. is
required to be dedicated to Palm Beach County as
per the requirements of the County Thoroughfare Plan.
Specifically an additional 23 ft. is required for 300
ft. west of Congress Blvd. For another 400 ft. going
west a transition from 23 ft. additional right of way
to 7 ft. additional right of way is required. Palm
Beach County Engineering Department has a plan show-
ing the ultimate rights of way for this intersection
and will forward a copy of same.
2. Existing sidewalks should be shown on the site plan.
3. Radii for turn-outs of 25 ft. minimum should be shown.
Permits from the County will be required.
