Box 310 Boynton Beach, Florida - \ \ ~-'.~ RE: TEN FOOT WIDE UTILITY EASEMENT THE MEADOWS PUBLIC PARK Dear Mr. Clark: Enclosed is a site plan of the Meadows P,U.D., west of Congress Avenue south of Hypoluxo Road, highlighted in yellow is a proposed ten foot wide utility easement on the west ten feet of the Public Park Tract, This tract of land issouth of Tract G and north of Tract E. The ease- ment is required to provide electrical service Tracts G and E. In order to install an overhead electric line in this proposed easement, the trees in this easement would have to be removed and trimmed. Please indicate if the City would be willing to provide this easement and would have no objection to the tree trimming. Upon receipt of your approval, I will provide the utility easement for with the legal description of this easement for the City to sign.
