Dear Mr. Crane:
After further review of the recreation area parking in connection
with your request to create a single Homeowner's Association for
the above projects, please be advised that Section 11-H.16.c.12.e
of Appendix A, Zoning, was recently amended, and under the
current regulations would only require five (5) parking spaces,
as opposed to the ten (10) parking spaces that would have been
required under the previous regulations. The amended regulations
would not require additional parking for the sharing of the
recreation facility with Heatherlake, as six (6) parking spaces
have been provided on the site plan.

Subject: Ryan. Homes: a Lakeshore at the Meadows
and Heatherlake at the Meadows
Dear Mr. Crane:
After reviewing the request to create a single Homeowner's
Association for Lakeshore at the Meadows and Heatherlake at
the Meadows, the City is objecting to combining the
Associations unless parking issues ~re readdressed.
I am attaching an analysis of the parking situation that has
been prepared by James Golden, Senior City planner, which
has been reviewed by Carmen Annunziato.
please communicate directly with Carmen Annunziato in regard
to this parking matter. If additional parking needs to be
provided, I would think that revised site plans will have to
be submitted for review and approval.
please let me know if you have further questions or can not
develop a satisfactory resolution to your concerns.

Re: Meadows 300 Tract K-Lakeshore-Site Plan Modification
(Recreation Area)
Dear Mr. Check:
Please be advised that on Tuesday, November 17, 1987, the City Commission
approved the referenced Site Plan Modification, subject to staff comments,
copies of which are attached. After you have amended your plans to reflect
these stipulations, please have the appropriate Department Heads initial
the attached check-off sheet, prior to your submission to the Building
Department for permits.
The approval of the City entitles you to construct only the improvements
shown on the site plan. The site plan will be viewed procedurally as an
as-built or record drawing. Also, all capital facilities fees and road
impact fees, if applicable, are payable at the time of permit.
If you have any questions concerning this matter please do not hesitate to
