Dear Chuck:
This letter is written in response to the plan which you sub-
mitted to this office on February 2nd, 1984 which revises the lot
line utilized as the zero-lot line at Bay tree at the Meadows. In
this regard, Mr. Howell and I reviewed the plans, and in our judge-
ment this does not constitute a change to the approved master plan.
At this point it would be appropriate for you to submit to
Mr. Howell, drawings which incorporate the modifications, so that
they may become part of the public record.

RE: BAYTREE AT THE MEADOWS - OUR REF. #83107LA2
Dear Carmen,
Enclosed please find two prints of the revised plan for Bay tree
at the Meadows designating the shifted building area as per our
conversations. The lots affected by this change are limited to
#59 thru 64 and #67 thru 86.
After our meeting I spoke with the Building Official and got his
verbal authorization to treat the homes on lots 67 and 86 as
single family dwellings thus allowing window openings on the west
walls of those two units.
If you have any questions please do not hesitate to give me a
call.
