SITE PLAN MODIFICATION - SANDALWOOD AT THE MELEAR PUD (SCREEN
ENCLOSURE FOR PLATS 1 THRU 4)
Upon review of the above mentioned project, the following list of
comments must be addressed in order to conform with Boynton Beach
City codes:
1. All drawings and/or documents submitted for public record
and prepared by a design professional, shall show original
legible raised seal and signature of a Florida registered
design professional responsible for the drawing/documents.
2. Submit a drawing depicting a typical footprint of the
property for an individual residential building. Drawing is
to show and specify the following information:
i. dimensions of each side of the property
ii. setback distance locating the building from each
property line
iii. perimeter outline of the bUilding with each side
dimensioned
iv. setback distance locating the proposed screen enclosure
from each property line
v. perimeter outline of the proposed screen enclosure with
each side dimensioned
vi. general note specifying that all screen enclosures will
be located within the property footprint
3. Submit a side and rear elevation view drawing of residential
bUilding. Typical drawing must include the proposed screen
enclosure. Show and specify the fOllowing information within
the drawing:
i. location and size of the screen enclosure door(s)
ii. overall height of screen enclosure
iii. color of screen and enclosure framework
In order to facilitate the permitting process, the following
information should be included within your documents submitted to
the Building Department for required permits:
Screen enclosures attached to existing slab must comply with
the requirements of the Standard Building Code and The Model
Countywide Amendment to the Standard Building Code.
