project indicating that the total purchase
price for this parcel was $2,500,000.00.
5. One copy of the revised construction cost
estimates for the site construction showing
an estimated cost of $1,783,000.00.
It has been estimated that the proposed recreation facili-
ties that will be built with this project will be an addi-
tional cost of approximately $150,000.00 each; therefore,
the total estimated costs for bonding purposes will be
$2,083,000.00.
I have been in contact with the surveyor for this project,
weimer and Company, concerning the plat revisions you have
requested. He has indicated that all revisions have been

made. They are currently putting the final Florida Power &
Light easements on the plat and will have it complete and re-
submitted to your office by Monday, July 6, 1981.
We would like to change the names of the street within the
project to better reflect the type of units that we intend to
construct. I have enclosed one copy of the master plan on
which the revised names are shown. Please review these and
let me know if this change is acceptable to the City.
As you know we are planning on having this plat approved for
filing by the City Commission at their meeting on July 21, 1981.
Provided that all information previously submitted to your office
and the items submitted herewith meet with your requirements, I
will proceed with obtaining the required bond (for $2,083,000.00)
and a check for $20,980.00 (l% of the cost of the required improve-
ments plus $150.00) as required by your subdivision's regulations
pursuant to obtaining a land development permit.
Please review this information and contact me if you have any
questions or comments concerning the subject Project.

Water and Sewer permit approvals.
You will note that all roads within the development
will be privately owned and maintained. The water and
sewer system will be dedicated to the city and this has
been coordinated with Mr. Perry Cessna, Utilities Director
for Boynton Beach.
The cost of the left turn lane at the project entrance off
of Congress Avenue has been included in the construction
cost estimate. The permit request for this construction
has been sent to the Palm Beach County Engineering Department
(a copy of the letter Olsak and Associates, Inc., dated
May 8, 1981 enclosed herewith). The cost of the bicycle
pedestrian path along Congress Avenue and Minor Road as
required by the PUD approval is also included in the
construction cost estimate.
We are requesting that you review this information and
provided that it meets with your requirements, forward
this project to the city council for final plat approval.

Thia will acknowledge receipt of your request for renewal of the
referenced permit. The permit is hereby being extended to 5/1/82.
Please be advised that all the conditions of the original approval
still remnin in effect.
Upon completion of the project, but prior to use, the engineer-of-
record shall submit a certificate of completion together with results
of the pressure test and bacteriological analyses, and a set of
record drawings. The water distribution shall not be put into use
without obtaining a release for service from this agency.
