All variances which are requested in connection with the construction or reconstruction of a particular parking lot are covered by a single filing fee of two- hundred dollars ($200.00). Planning Dept. 5/82 The undersigned hereby petitions the Planning and Zoning Board to grant to the petitioner a variance to Article X "Parking Lots., of Chapter 5, "Building, Housing and Construction Regulations," of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Boynton Beach, Florida, as it pertains to the property described in this application, and for the reasons stated below: Section, Subsection, and Paragraph number of specific requirement to which variance is requested, and exact language contained in the Code: Section 5-141 G 3 Nature of Variance Requested: The existing Code would require 180 feet be located between the parking lot driveway and an intersection. The proposed site tB approximately 170 feet from the intersection which would require a variance for ten (10) feet. Statement of Special Conditions, Hardships, or Other Reasons Justi- fying the Requested Variance (attach additional sheets if necessary) The variance requested is the least amount of footage which could be requested as a varlance and st1.11 permit access onto New Boynton Road by the facility. It 18 imperative that access be obtained from New Boynton Road due to traffic standards. The access has been placed as far as possible from the intersection of N.W. 2nd and New Boynton Road.
